Our Commitment to Privacy
At MSW Digital LLC, we believe your data belongs to you. Our apps are designed with a privacy-first philosophy. We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal information that could identify you.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personally identifiable information.
- No accounts or sign-ups required for most features
- No names, emails, or contact information collected by us
- No tracking of your identity across apps or services
- No selling or sharing of data (because we don't have any)
Your Data Stays on Your Device
All data you create or enter in our apps stays on your device. We use Apple's secure on-device storage and, where applicable, iCloud for syncing—meaning your data syncs directly between your own devices through your personal Apple account, not through our servers.
We have no servers that store your personal data.
Third-Party Authentication
Some of our apps offer optional sign-in features using third-party authentication providers (such as Google OAuth). When you use these features, we access only the minimum information needed:
- Basic profile info (name, email, profile picture) to identify your account in the app
- Service-specific data as disclosed in each app's description and sign-in prompt
This data is processed locally on your device and is not stored on our servers. Your authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-native secure storage (such as macOS Keychain).
How We Use Google User Data
For apps that integrate with Google services (such as Gmail):
- We access only the data necessary for the app's core functionality
- Your data is processed locally on your device
- We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties
- We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes
- You can revoke access anytime via your Google Account settings
Data Retention
- Authentication tokens are stored only while your account is connected
- When you disconnect an account, all associated tokens are immediately deleted
- Local app data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear it in settings
- We do not retain any copies of your data on external servers
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — It's stored on your device, fully accessible to you
- Delete your data — Delete the app or use in-app settings to clear data
- Revoke third-party access — Via Google Account settings, Apple ID settings, or within the app
- Contact us — With any questions about your data
Anonymous Analytics
Some of our apps may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics to help us understand how features are used and improve the app experience. This data:
- Cannot identify you personally
- Contains no personal information
- Is used solely to improve our apps
Some of our apps collect no analytics at all. For app-specific details, please refer to the App Privacy section on each app's listing in the Apple App Store.
App-Specific Privacy Details
Apple requires all apps to disclose their data practices through Privacy Nutrition Labels on the App Store. For the most accurate and up-to-date privacy information about a specific app, please view its listing on the App Store and review the "App Privacy" section.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may integrate with third-party services such as:
- Apple services (HealthKit, iCloud, Apple Watch)
- Google services (Google Sign-In, Gmail API where applicable)
Any data shared with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies:
Children's Privacy
Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, our apps are safe for users of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations by simply not collecting children's data—or anyone's data.
Data Security
Since we don't collect or store your personal data on our servers, there's no risk of your information being exposed in a data breach on our end. Your data remains secured by Apple's device encryption, your personal security settings, and platform-native secure storage for any authentication tokens.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
